Our Full Discussion:
Ryan Helfenbein: Welcome to Real America's Voice News. This is Sunday: The Road Forward. With the midterm elections just a week away, Americans are being asked to choose a direction. And a lot of us are weary because the stakes could not be higher when you consider the threat of open borders, socialism, the sexualization of children, rising Islam, and a host of other issues.
Yes, elections matter. Yes, elections matter to you. And we know that politics matter because policies matter because people matter to God and they should matter to you.
Pray for our country. Pray for our president and understand the issues on the ballot, not just the candidates, but also the ballot measures. Pray, think, and go vote. Our system of government requires our participation in it. If we don't vote, someone else will. And the church cannot be silent when real moral and theological issues regarding life, marriage, family, and human sexuality are all on the ballot.
So go vote. Our scripture reading today comes from Proverbs chapter 14, verse 34. Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people.
As always, we want to be an encouragement to our viewers to hold fast to the unchanging Word of God because a nation’s future is always built on what it believes. I’m Ryan Helfenbein. I’m filling in for Dr. Tim Clinton, and I’ll be your host today.

Trump’s New World Re-Order
Joining us now is Rod Martin. Rod is an investor, technology entrepreneur, and futurist. He’s also the author of a brand new book coming out on Tuesday, Trump’s New World Re-Order, Dismantling the Deep State and Ending Postwar Globalist Rule. He’s also the founder and CEO of Martin Capital and editor-in-chief of The Rod Martin Report. Rod, thank you for joining Sunday: The Road Forward. It is great to see you.
Rod D. Martin: It’s great to be here. Thank you.
Ryan Helfenbein: Well, Rod, I know your book is coming out. I would be remiss if we did not talk about that first because I think that’s incredibly important. There it is, Trump’s New World Re-Order. Tell us about it. I do remember and recall, I’m old enough to remember the New World Order after the fall of the Soviet Union. How is Trump’s remaking of America and the world different?
Rod D. Martin: Well, it’s incredibly different. You’re exactly right. And this idea of a New World Order certainly wasn’t new in the 1990s. In fact, it’s exactly what Woodrow Wilson was pushing in the 1910s. It’s also what FDR actually accomplished in the 1930s and 1940s.
That’s the system we’ve been living under for the last 90 years, one in which most of the federal government is completely unaccountable to anybody, can’t be fired by any elected officeholder, just does whatever it wants. And since Roosevelt got to pick all the first people in those agencies, they get to pick their successors. And they have been for 90 years.
So you have a system in which there’s this unaccountable, unconstitutional fourth branch of government that actually runs most things.
And you also have a globalist order that emerged out of World War II, where you have all these multilateral institutions that make the decisions on far too many things. And America is expected to foot the bill, both the taxpayer bill, also the military bill.
All of that is whack. There’s no problem with us being a global hegemon if we actually are one, if we actually get to do things that serve the interests of the American people, and the American people actually get control over their government. So that is the macro picture of what Trump is doing. It’s extraordinary. And you mentioned the futurist credit a minute ago.
This is about the future. It’s certainly about the present. People think Trump’s some kind of chaos monster. They don’t understand how all these pieces fit together.
I show you how they all fit together. But more than that, I show you what the implications of that are for the rest of the 21st century. And I’ll guarantee you nobody else is doing that in print.
Iran, Energy, and American Workers
Ryan Helfenbein: Well, let me tell you, right now, there are all kinds of people on the left and the right who both are kind of looking, it’s varying degrees. The blackpilled out there that we have no business in Iran. There’s others that are just skeptical because they still love Trump, but they’re asking, what is he doing? Why is he focused on the Strait of Hormuz? Why is he focused on changing the regime in Iran? Is he focused on changing the regime?
You have been very bullish on getting good information out there, everything from national security to energy, to all the ways that this potentially, the outcomes that could benefit the United States and the American people first.
Tell us a little bit about what’s going on there right now.
Rod D. Martin: Yeah, Donald Trump isn’t focused on the Persian Gulf. He’s focused on the Gulf of America, shifting global energy flows to Texas and Louisiana from Saudi Arabia and the UAE and Iraq and Kuwait and Iran is a godsend to the American worker. American workers get those jobs. American workers get those raises. The end of illegal immigration means that the job market actually improves for regular folks. And you’re getting very quickly to a point where a single blue-collar worker can support a family again.
That’s not all going to happen by the end of the year, but you have to start somewhere.
And $18 trillion in new investment from overseas into the United States, and new trade deals that require foreign companies — if they want to escape tariffs — they have to actually build here.
That’s transformative. Nobody’s been willing to do that for decades. In fact, we had successive presidents, Clinton, Bush, Obama, the Autopen, all of these guys promised us that those jobs were never coming home. They could never come home.
Well, guess what? Now they are. And it’s just a matter of a policy course correction that is really, really fundamentally different than what we’ve had most of my lifetime. So Trump is focused here.
Now, if you get rid of the Iranian regime, you also wind down every armed conflict in the Middle East. And the net result of that is you don’t have to have a bunch of U.S. troops in the Middle East all the time. So, you know, we’re cutting off the head of the snake. We’re stopping pretending that they aren’t what they are. They arm, direct, and fund every armed conflict in the Middle East. You have to stop it.
A free Iran would be a boon to the world. It would also be the greatest investment opportunity of the 2030s, as we’ve written about on RodMartin.org quite a bit. And that means more wealth for Americans, too.
So, from beginning to end, it doesn’t matter what field of endeavor you’re talking about. When he said America first, he wasn’t kidding. But it’s not America in the abstract. It’s Americans. And especially those rank-and-file construction workers and factory workers and family farmers that have been shafted by the New World Order for the last 30 years.
Affordability and Generational Wealth
Ryan Helfenbein: Yes. One other thing, and we just have under two minutes here, but just real quick, I wanted you to touch on this. There is obviously a lot of information out there regarding the economy, affordability in America, Gen Z, all the way up, you know, millennial, Gen X, boomers. You just recently posted a comparison chart between even Gen Z and the boomers. I just wanted you to share that information for us this morning.
Rod D. Martin: Yeah, I actually just saw that this morning. It was really quite remarkable that millennials in particular have almost a third more net worth at the same age that the boomer parents and grandparents had. They’re doing even better than that compared to Gen X.
So, you got to kind of scratch your head. What’s happening here? How much of this is things aren’t affordable, and how much of this is just a lack of budgeting ability? How many of these people should actually just go to a Dave Ramsey seminar and cut out the lattes and the avocado toast?
You know, this is a really important point because what we just learned last month is that, because the Census Bureau puts out this data once a year, every single year, we know that the American poverty rate just hit its all-time low. Lowest poverty rate in American history, but it gets better. Highest inflation-adjusted median income in American history. It’s remarkable what we have.
And no, gas prices are too high. Lots of things aren’t perfect. We know that. Duh. I mean, Donald Trump wasn’t going to come in and wave his wand and make the whole world perfect in a year. That’s just stupid.
But we’re on the right track. We’re moving into an industrial supercycle that really is transformative and will be especially transformative for regular, everyday Americans who have been left behind for decades.
Ryan Helfenbein: We’ll leave it there. Rod Martin, the one and only, I’d encourage folks, again, hold up that book. Trump’s New World Re-Order. Check it out. It’s going to be in Amazon.com. Where else?
Rod D. Martin: It’s at Amazon. It’s in every other fine bookseller in America. But you can go to TrumpsNewWorldReorder.com and get your copy today.
Ryan Helfenbein: Thank you, Rod. God bless you.
Rod D. Martin: Thank you.
