Refunds: Refunds, if any, are governed by the policy shown at checkout or on the Site’s pricing page. If no refund policy is stated, purchases are final except where required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes shall be Okaloosa County, Florida.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
