Excellent, well said! We Christians need to understand it is imperative we participate in the democracy that elects our representatives to govern our Republic. Christians should run for office! We definitely need to vote in primaries, as this is where the ultimate candidates for the general are selected. We need to research their character and their positions on issues. Once the parties (two parties, as you say, because any third party can only be a spoiler) have nominated their candidates, our next step is voting for sure in the general for the best of the two choices. As a practical matter, the best choice nowadays will be the Republican, no matter his flaws. Even if the Democrat is a nice guy, he will vote in lockstep with his party. Back when Richard Shelby was a member of the House, he was a Democrat and we were in his district: we happily voted for him, split our ticket, but that was a different time, when Democrats could disagree with leadership. And of course he later switched parties and the rest is history.

Anyone who loves our country and wants her to prosper MUST vote Tuesday if they haven't already, and MUST vote Republican. Our way of life is at stake. Blessings.
