John Solomon's latest reporting this morning answers part of the question: key IC personnel refused to share the intel with the Trump White House in 2020 because they opposed his re-election. Which, in my view makes them either complicit or outright co-conspirators. But that's for a jury to decide.
Indeed. There is absolutely no electronic voting system that isn't hackable. And putting control over such a system in the hands of unelected people means there's no accountability to the voters if something goes wrong. How much worse does that get if the people actually in control are in Venezuela or China?

They engineered a means to muck up voter rolls and rig a presidential election! More egregious, a coverup is a crime against our government from the inside, and connecting the dots to treason must be carefully executed. It's going to take your (and Solomon's) level of scrying to uncover news about investigation and discovery of prosecutable fact, especially if some perpetrators are involved in making the case.

Eugene Yu (CEO and founder of Konnech) was arrested and criminally charged in October 2022 by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office. Democrat higher-ups in LA County then got the case dismissed. Prior to that, Yu had sued True the Vote for defamation. However, Konnech voluntarily dismissed its entire lawsuit against True the Vote in April 2023 (case 4:22-cv-03096 in the Southern District of Texas). True the Vote publicly called the suit “meritless” and “intended to harass.”
There are no current charges against Yu, but I wouldn't be surprised if new federal charges are filed as evidence mounts.

Sounds to me like an op by the Biden administration to have the Chinese blamed for cheating if the elections’ authenticity were called into question.
Or just a collaboration with them, with that added benefit of blame-shifting. The irony in light of "Russia! Russia! Russia!" is immense.
