China is in BIG trouble! Economic and demographic catastrophe is headed their way. Trump is kicking them out of Latin America. He’s working hard to cut a deal with Denmark to secure Greenland against them. The Belt Road Initiative is a disastrous failure. They’ve lost all their influence in Africa. Their shadow oil trade is going down the tubes and they’ve lost one of their best allies in Nicolas Maduro in Venezuela. This is why China is now moving for good relations with the United States. They need to gain access to the American consumer market the biggest and most lucrative in the world, desperately. They couldn’t care less about Russia at this point. It was always a marriage of convince between them and the Russians anyway. A pretty parasitic marriage too if you ask me. They rolled out the red carpet for Trump and merely sent some lower level officials to meet Putin.
China knows time is running out, they’ve got to get as much as they can while they can. An invasion of Taiwan is a possibility under a Harris or Newsom administration. But they won’t dare touch Taiwan if Trump, Marco Rubio, J.D. Vance, Ted Cruz, or Ron DeSantis are in office. Likely, a Republican will win the White House in 2028 so China should forget about antagonizing Taiwan. Russia is in big trouble too. Ukraine has absolutely reamed them. The former can’t win, but Russia has always ready lost. Ukraine was another Afghanistan for them. Their is unrest at home, their birth rate in plummeting, their population rapidly aging, the Oligarchs are p***** at Putin for starting this war, Russia is being rolled back all around the world under Trump, their economy is teetering on the brink of disaster, their allies are falling one by one like dominoes, and Sweden and Finland were forced out neutrality and into NATO by their actions which they can’t undo now.
The best outcome is to cut a deal everyone can live with and Ukraine become a neutral nation. I hope the United States will do detente with Russia and China like Nixon did back in the 70s. I also would like to nuclear arms reduction treaties with both countries. Barack Obama and Joe Biden could not have accomplished any of this. Both of them were much too weak and incompetent on foreign policy. But Donald Trump is made of sterner stuff. Joe Biden told Iran “don’t” but also gave them six billion dollars and put the train wreck that was the Iran Deal back on the table. The result? They laughed at him and attacked Israel with drones and gave Hamas the money they needed to do October 7th. Trump squashed the Islamic Republic like a bug. He bankrupted Tehran and did Operation Midnight Hammer and Operation Epic Fury. He killed Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and sent him to meet his maker. He stood by Israel firmly in the Gaza War while opening up the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation to feed the Palestinian people.
