Israel is what happens when you have nowhere else to go. Some of these guys say we should have carved out a chunk of Germany after World War II, apparently because in all its history Germany had never invaded a neighboring country. But they never explain why all these Iraqi and Yemeni Jews should have gone to Germany. And wouldn't they be making the same arguments now about the Jewish "occupation" of Bavaria?

Coughlin's racism primarily targeted Jews, whom he did not view as truly American. He spread conspiracy theories linking Jews to financial control, especially during the economic turmoil following the 1929 financial collapse and the Great Depression. As the decade progressed, he increasingly admired fascism, criticizing democracy and praising Mussolini.
He probably knows but he’s caught up in being compromised or into downright lying. He’s either being paid or actually under the control of demonic forces, which he has publicly admitted to, pertaining to a nocturnal encounter with some kind of a being of ill intent.
I would suggest that if they were "pushing hard" for it, they would have kept the Sinai in 1979, annexed the southern half of Lebanon in 1982 and much of Syria in 2024, and expelled the Palestinians from the West Bank and Gaza in 1967.
They have had every opportunity to do so. They have had many opportunities since the dates cited. They have consistently done the opposite.
This was a history lesson for me. I was unaware of this information. The older I get, the more I realize that my education has been weak my entire life.

The Islamic ethnic cleansing of the Middle East’s Jews is one of the most important chapters of 20th Century history that almost no one knows or ever talks about! There are only a very small number of Jews in the Middle East today and for good reason! The Arab countries simply wouldn’t accept them or see them as one of their own. Mizrahi Jews were Allah’s stepchildren so to speak. Arabs always arrogantly saw themselves as the betters of the Jewish people. Jews in the Islamic and Arab worlds had it better than they did under Christendom, but they were still dhimmis or second-class citizens. By the way, it was the Jews who were colonial subjects of the Arabs, not the other way around. The Palestinians are descendants of Arab settlers who arrived in the holy land after it was conquered by a series of Arab Muslim empires and Arab immigrants who came to the land of Palestine in the 1930s and 1940s in search of employment and economic opportunity. It’s a fact that the Jewish people are in fact the indigenous people of the land of Eretz-Israel and have had a presence in it for over three millennia.
This includes Ashkenazi Jews who are NOT white European settler colonists and were never accepted by European society! They are of Middle Eastern ancestry according to DNA testing. But putting all that aside, you certainly can’t call Mizrahi Jews settler colonists. They lived in their respective countries for centuries, in some cases going back over a millennia. Egypt, Syria, Libya, Iraq, Iran, Yemen, Algeria, Morocco, and Tunisia all once had large, thriving Jewish communities but the governments of these countries and their antisemitic countrymen kicked or pushed them out because they considered them a disloyal and undesirable element and they were resentful about the creation of Israel. They saw all Mizrahi Jews as co-conspirators of the Zionist project. They were either pressured to leave or were straight up expelled. They left with only the clothes on their back and whatever belongings they could carry. Their homes, land, wealth, and possessions were all confiscated. They had to renounce their citizenship too. Once you know this history, you can’t possible call Israel a colonial entity. Most Mizrahi Jews went to Israel because they did not have the money or resources to go to the United States or Europe. Israel was the only place in the Middle East that would have them. Why is the Jewish Nakba forgotten? Why is there no official UN observance for them? Why is there no official UN Day of Mourning for the expulsion of the Jews of Arab lands? Why is there no push to get reparations to these folks and their descendants who lost everything when they were forced out of the country?
Let us also not forget that antisemitism in the Middle East goes back centuries before the rise of Zionism. Mein Kampf was a bestseller in the Arab World from the time it was first published. Many Arabs admired Adolf Hitler and the Nazis and greeted the Afrika Korps as liberators from British and French colonial oppression when they first arrived in North Africa. Arab collaborators enthusiastically helped the Germans and their Italian and Vichy French allies round up Jews and put them in concentration camps. Thousands of Arabs, Afro-Arabs and black Africans from the French colonies signed up to join the Wehrmacht’s Free Arabian Legion. Hitler had a very well-known alliance with the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem Amin al-Husseini and the two agreed to a plan to exterminate the Jews of Palestine. Both Islamic Jihadists and secular Ba’athists were greatly inspired by Nazism. In Iraq, you had the infamous Farhud in 1941 in which 500+ Jews were killed and 1,000 were injured by al-Futawa youths and Iraqi mobs. Widespread looting of Jewish homes took place and 900 Jewish homes were destroyed. The Al-Futuwwa Youth were modeled directly after the Hitler Youth and even sent a delegate to the Nazi Party rally in Nuremberg.

So few Jews in the surrounding countries in the ME, and yet Israel’s government undeniably is pushing real hard for the Greater Israel project.
