Would Democrats Believe Kavanaugh if He Became a Transwoman?

Here's a question for our leftist friends.

A woman is incapable of lying and always tells the truth about sexual allegations (and, one must suppose, other things too).

But gender is a mere social construct, and anyone may be a woman who chooses to identify as one.

So...would Brett Kavanaugh be telling the truth if he changed his name to, say, Caitlyn?

And what happens when two women tell a completely contradictory story? Is that when we use things like (Gaia forbid) actual evidence to decide?

Or should we use something else, like trial by ordeal? We don't want to actually hurt anybody of course: we're too modern for that. So maybe mud wrestling?

Just to be clear, I really don't want to live in a world where we have to watch Christine Blasey Ford OR "Caitlyn" Kavanaugh mud wrestle. Just sayin'.
