Federal law repudiates ICC jurisdiction over any American citizen anywhere in the world. Secretary Rubio’s pledge to dismantle the ICC brick by brick will be easier to execute than many may think.
“Just” shutting it down might be short-sighted. Might need to completely eliminate the existential threat by extraordinary means so as to ensure it never resurfaces. Git-R-Done!?!?
