And I am very grateful that the President listens to my friend David Sacks on this stuff, because the big AI companies are trying to fearmonger us into a regulatory scheme that protects their market share at the cost of open source and any other competition. That's a surefire way for all of us to pay a LOT more for a LOT less, and for China to race ahead.

This really is breathtaking. Meanwhile I keep getting X-posts from Democrats demanding regulation of AI and rollback of Trump SNAP benefit cuts.
