Yes. These things really are inexcusable. I can understand his hesitation on the SAVE America Act, though I disagree with him. But there's no excuse for going out of his way to use a procedural artiface to obstruct the President's constitutional authority while simultaneously refusing to move his nominees through the process in timely fashion. And it sure is convenient to blame the Democrats for what he's actually doing.
Can we say, "It's about time?" Those genius Framers never envisioned that their designed Republic would devolve into being controlled by dozens of Bureaucratic entities within the government, and all UNACCOUNTABLE! There are but THREE branches of government, not dozens of BUREAUCRATIC ones! As John Stossel would say, "GIVE ME A BREAK."
