Six Favorite Regions in France - Artsy Traveler

Fox News reports today that Evangelical Christianity is booming in, of all places, France!  The country best known for its persecution of the Huguenots and its effort to completely annihilate Christianity in the 1790s has seen an eightfold increase -- to 400,000 -- in evangelicals over the past few years, with all trends pointing to more to come.

In conjunction with D. James Kennedy's report that Evangelism Explosion has seen over 32 million conversions over the past five years, and Franklin Graham's statement that more people have come to Christ through their crusades and other efforts in the past two years than in the entire preceding history of Billy Graham Ministries, its easy to see how many people believe that a quiet but very real global revival is underway.

It's a great time to be alive.
