An entrepreneur connects physical resources and with individual skills in creative ways that improve people's lives, whether by increasing their quality of life and lifespan or creating products that free their time from the urgent (say, survival) for the important (family, education, and meaningful work).

As this process continues to advance, the raw physical resources gain more dimensions and possibilities (e.g. gold today is far more than merely ornamental or transactional) and man's overall skill set advances.

Entrepreneurship is the key to innovation. It is the mechanism of human advancement. It is to the Creation Mandate what evangelism is to the Great Commission. -- RDM
