Washington State Supreme Court Adopts CRT, Ends the Rule of Law

You have to actually read it to believe it.

The Washington state Supreme Court unanimously adopts not just CRT but the Guidepost/Grant Gaines approach to due process.

This is the end of the rule of law in an entire state, and the criminalization of a whole race of people.

One can hope the US Supreme Court will overturn this on 14th Amendment grounds, but there’s certainly no guarantee of that.

You have to read all this to believe it. Jim Crow itself was not this extreme. This is the Nuremberg Laws.
