Waiving Attorney Client Privilege is not best practice, it's not standard practice, it's just malpractice! Even the Biden Justice Department requires its prosecutors to avoid asking such an outrageous thing of criminal defendants. The SBC is lurching toward a cliff, and for no good reason: privilege can’t be used to hide a crime.
Watch my appearance on today’s The Sword & The Trowel, with Tom Ascol and Graham Gunden.
Oh, and here’s a short clip of Tom on the absurdity of Russell Moore’s allegations:
Thanks Rod! Enjoy your posts, why be surprised at this absurdity - it seems to be endemic to almost all segments our society , sometimes it just provides comic relief but often to tragic effect, not only in the actions of our “ruling class “ ( the politicians and their fellow travelers the elites, but also most destructively in the climate hysteria and mutilation ( physically and psychologically) of teens in the name of gender identity.
Hope that you are well.
